Shipping
Greece:
-Our goods are delivered via ACS shipping, within 1-3 days from the day they are sent (3 days for areas that are remote), from the day the jewel is ready.
–The shipping is FREE
For all other countries:
-Our goods are sent via mail, which takes 5-8 days, from the day the jewel is ready.
-The cost is 20 Euros per package (80 Euros for USA).
-Goods delivered to countries outside the EU are subject to tariffs, which are paid by the customer once the merchandise has arrived.

Returns
– For domestic orders
You can, free of charge, replace any product purchased from our online store provided that the return has been made through the cooperating shipping companies: Acs Courier or Elta Courier, otherwise with any other shipping company choice, the costs are borne by the customer.
The product to be returned for replacement must meet the following conditions:
-the product must be in perfect condition
-the product must be in the original packaging
-the product must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt
–For international orders
The costs of returning the replacement are free only if the package is not opened.
If it is opened, the costs of shipping and customs duties are borne by the person making the return.
Refunds are only given if the product is defective, after it has been returned to the company,
checked by the competent department and determined that it is not the customer’s fault.
