Shipping

 Greece:

-Our goods are delivered via ACS shipping, within 1-3 days from the day they are sent (3 days for areas that are remote), from the day the jewel is ready.

–The shipping is FREE

 For all other countries:

-Our goods are sent via mail, which takes 5-8 days, from the day the jewel is ready.

-The cost is 20 Euros per package.

-Goods delivered to countries outside the EU are subject to tariffs, which are paid by the customer once the merchandise has arrived.

 Returns

You may return any product free of charge and ask for another product or for cash back under the following circumstances:

-The product must be in excellent condition

-The product must be in its original packaging

-The return must be made within 30 days from the day it was received.

-For overseas orders the return is free only

if the package is not opened. If opened, shipping and customs costs,

weigh on the one who makes the return.
